A warm welcome. Due to the coronavirus, a special protocol currently applies to our company and the apartments we rent. Our company follows the guidelines as determined by RIVM and the National government. We also take a number of extra measures to prevent the virus from spreading. Would you like to cooperate with the regulations below to protect each other's health?

For all guests: if you have a fever or have a cold you will not come to our company. Then stay home. This also applies to your family members.

When booking you must indicate the number and names of people traveling with you. After specifying this, you cannot occupy the house with more people than registered. Fewer people are possible.
Pay the entire rental amount and additional costs before arrival, so that you only have to receive the key upon arrival.

Arrival & departure

Although we prefer to give our customers a personal and extensive welcome, unfortunately this is not always possible at this time. We think this is a pity, but we ask for understanding of the following measures to limit contact moments as much as possible.
If you wish, you can transfer the entire rental amount and additional costs before arrival, so that you only have to receive the key upon arrival.
We will hand you 2 residence keys upon arrival. The service package with all information is in the apartment. The keys are disinfected. Everything taking into account the 1.5 m distance.
On departure you can leave the key in the apartment, or hand it in if a personal check-out takes place.

Additional cleanliness

Firstly, we ensure extra good hygiene. That means that:

The living area and the so-called “hand contact points” such as light buttons, remote controls, bedside tables and door handles / buttons are additionally cleaned with professional means
The linen is washed at a temperature above 60 degrees so that viruses do not survive

Surroundings

Keep 1.5 meters away from others, including in the woods, on the beach and dunes.
Respect the door policy of the stores.
If it gets too busy, find another spot..

Spacious luxuriously furnished 2 and 3 room apartments

There are 2, 4 and 6 person apartments (some with 2 bathrooms), with garden / terrace, balcony or French balcony.

A spacious living room with an extensive kitchen (hot air oven / freezer / refrigerator) Modern furnishings with nautical details. The sofa in the living room can also be used as a sofa bed (2 persons). 88 inch large screen TV, WiFi and internet. Outside there is a terrace or lounge set where you have a beautiful view of the harbor and the water. The bedrooms have comfortable box-spring beds. The apartments have a modern bathroom with shower and a laundry room with a washer / dryer. We also offer various services such as renting a boat, bicycles or a car.

The prices depend on the duration and the period in which you want to rent an apartment.
